Longview did an excellent job replacing the windows and a door. The negotiation was smooth and the company was reasonably responsive via e-mail. However, there were significant delays with door installation. I was told that Superior was delaying with the product, however, this should have been accounted during initial timeline estimates. It made me change my remodeling project order somewhat. It was an inconvenience, but overall the company did very well. This was my first replacement of windows and doors.

Longview replaced my balcony sliding door and bedroom windows and the work they did was amazing!! I dealt with Jennifer who sent a guy to take measurements, recommended Milgard, and then I placed the order via e-mail. They promptly notified me and worked with me to schedule a time to get them installed and their installers were very professional and did the install in around 6 hours or so (practically half the day). I will use them again for my parents house.
